The 2023-24 academic year ended with a fabulous concert at The Amey Theatre in Abingdon - the picture shows the orchestra during a dress rehearsal.
The evening’s programme was as follows:
Suppe: Poet and Peasant Overture
Mussorgsky: Night on a Bald Mountain
Borodin: Symphony No.2 in B minor
The concert marked the end of a very successful year with our new Music Director Caroline Hobbs-Smith. We look forward to welcoming our players back in September and to many more fantastic concerts in the future.
